AI sounds just as sure when it's wrong. Here's how to tell.

AI writes a made-up answer in the same confident tone as a right one. It invents a figure, a quote or a source, and nothing on the screen warns you.

That's why people either trust it too much and get caught out, or stop trusting it and miss what it could do for them. Neither is necessary.

This webinar shows the habits that catch the mistakes: how to spot a made-up answer, how to check the work in a minute or two, and which jobs and which information never to hand AI at all.

What the topic webinars are. 22 seconds, music, no speech.

You leave with

  • The slides, emailed after the session
  • The reading list behind the topic, emailed after the session and kept in the Library
  • $25 off any session or private booking of $100 or more, within 60 days

How it works online

  • Live on video. Your personal join link arrives by email right after you pay.
  • From 15 minutes before the start, your link takes you to a waiting room, and Justin lets everyone in. You join muted with your camera off; turn your camera on if you like, and Justin opens the floor for questions.
  • If you reload the page or get disconnected, re-open your original link: you will be let back in without waiting.
  • Your link is personal to you. Don't forward it; transfer your seat instead.
  • Join from a laptop or desktop so you can see the slides.
  • Up to 50 people, so questions get answered.

Questions

Where's the reading list?

Justin emails it with the slides after the session, and it stays in the Library.

I'm new to AI. Is this too advanced?

No. It starts from how AI answers, in plain language. If you've never used it, AI in an hour is a good first step too.

Is this about a particular product?

No. It's vendor-neutral, and no product is taught or sold, including AOCyber's, where Justin is Chairman and Chief Innovation Officer.

Is this a sales pitch?

No. It's 45 minutes of teaching. The last two minutes point to the next session, and that's the whole pitch.

Will I get the slides?

Yes. Justin emails the slides and the reading list after the session. The reading list stays in the Library too.

Which AI tool do I need?

Whichever you already have: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, on any plan. Sessions are vendor-neutral.

What if I can't make it?

Full refund until Tue, Oct 27, credit for the full amount toward a later date after that. Your seat can go to someone else. Reply to your confirmation email with their name and email before the session starts, and Justin sends them their own link. Allow at least two hours: he makes the change by hand.

What if not enough people register?

This date is confirmed. It runs whatever the numbers.

Is it recorded?

No. Sessions are not recorded. Ask the question you'd only ask in the room.

What does the $25 credit cover?

Every $25 intro or webinar comes with a code for $25 off any session or private booking of $100 or more. The code arrives by email after the session and works for 60 days, once, on one order. It can't be combined with another code.

Who am I paying?

Don't Panic Consulting, Co. sells every session, invoices for it and takes the payment. Justin Donnaruma is CEO of Don't Panic Consulting, Co., which sells these sessions and follow-on work, and Chairman and Chief Innovation Officer (CInO) of AOCyber, which builds AI governance and security products. Neither company's products are taught or sold in a session.

Something about the session doesn't work for me.

Email justin@donnaruma.us and say what you need. If the site gets in your way, Justin will help you register another way.

Know when to trust it

45 minutes, live, with 13 minutes for your questions. Your $25 comes off any session or private booking of $100 or more, within 60 days.
