Who you're buying from

Don't Panic Consulting, Inc. sells every session, invoices for it and takes the payment.

Justin Donnaruma is CEO of Don't Panic Consulting, Inc., which sells these sessions, and Chairman and Chief Innovation Officer (CInO) of AOCyber, which builds AI governance and security products. Neither company's products are taught or sold in a session.

Refunds

Full refund up to 14 days before a session. Inside 14 days you get credit for the full amount toward a later date.

Transfers

Your seat can go to a colleague any time before the session starts. Reply to your confirmation email with their name and email, and they get their own link.

The $25 credit

Every $25 intro or webinar comes with a code for $25 off any paid session or private booking of $100 or more, within 60 days.

If a session doesn't run

Most sessions need a minimum number of paid seats. We decide seven days out. If it doesn't run you choose a full refund or a move to another date. A session marked confirmed runs whatever the numbers.

Snow rule

From December to March, if roads are bad we decide 24 hours ahead to run an in-person session online at the same times. You get the price difference as credit.

Recording

Sessions are not recorded.
